Jennie Russo, MA, LMSW

A lover of learning and books first and foremost, Jennie is a native New Yorker with over two decades of experience in educational settings.  She has graduate degrees in Social Work and Writing for Children.  Using her unique set of skills allows her students to address a wide range of academic concerns within the context of their emotional and behavioral needs.  The objective: to develop a sense of academic independence and confidence that seeps into every area of her students' lives.  She is mom to Frankie & Indy and still lives in her childhood home in lower Manhattan.
